Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales activities involving furniture, appliances, and electronics.
  • Handle collections through direct communication with customers, either via phone or in-person, to renew rental agreements.
  • Manage the delivery and retrieval of merchandise from customer residences.
  • Conduct service calls to troubleshoot rental items and provide loaner products as necessary.
  • Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks.
  • Operate company vehicles (a Class D chauffeur's license is required, and candidates must be at least 23 years old).
  • Perform cleaning and refurbishment of previously rented items.
  • Execute other general tasks as assigned by management.

Work Schedule:

Typical working hours are from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, with one day off during the week and Sundays off. Hours may vary based on store needs, averaging 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (regularly lifting and carrying significant weight).
  • Possession of a Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 23 years old.
  • Experience in sales, collections, management, or customer service is advantageous.
