Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accurate and timely processing of team member timesheets and tips in the payroll system.
  • Distribute paychecks and oversee direct deposit management.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records.
  • Generate payroll and tip reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for compliance and seniority updates.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement payroll strategies for the location.
  • Ensure adherence to all Levy and legal payroll standards in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to confirm compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee MySTAFF clock punches and optimize performance.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members regarding clock-in procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong passion for hospitality, food service, and retail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Additional Responsibilities

Further Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records.
  • Assist management in preparing sensitive employment and labor relations documents.
  • Support staffing needs by finding replacements for short-notice absences.
  • Foster positive working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, and supervisors.
  • Keep accurate records of students eligible for free and reduced-price lunches, if applicable.
  • Input weekly cash sales and meal counts into the system.
  • Reconcile daily bank deposits.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bid specifications.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
  • Prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement.
  • Assist in the preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
  • Participate in required safety and in-service meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
