Strategic Partnerships:

Working closely with the HR Director, you will develop targeted recruiting strategies to meet the diverse hiring needs of the organization. Building a robust professional network focused on industry standards as well as Diversity & Inclusion initiatives will be a key aspect of your role, including representing PrideStaff at career fairs and educational events.

Employee Engagement:

Your role will also involve evaluating and advising on programs that enhance the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of talent within the organization. You will conduct background checks, reference verifications, and eligibility assessments, as well as manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire and benefits orientations.

HR Support:

Providing comprehensive HR support, you will address inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors regarding HR policies and processes. You will also manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and participate in disciplinary meetings. Additionally, you will administer leaves of absence and assist with workers' compensation matters.

Administrative Duties:

Maintaining organized paper and electronic filing systems for HR records and correspondence will be part of your routine tasks. Staying updated with the latest HR trends and best practices is crucial, as is performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting and familiarity with various job boards.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems for payroll and talent management.
  • HR certification is a plus.
