Key Responsibilities:
Implement our HR strategy across all domains, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, training, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with HR legislation and maintain best practices.Conduct thorough investigations to resolve employee relations matters.
Monitor key performance indicators for the HR team and generate monthly reports.
Negotiate with candidates and service providers.
Build strong collaborative relationships across departments.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, supporting managers throughout.
Facilitate consistent onboarding for new hires, assisting managers in setting objectives.
Support annual performance evaluations and open enrollment processes with training and resources.
Utilize analytical tools to assess employee engagement and satisfaction, recommending improvements as necessary.
Manage the annual HR budget with precise reporting.
Stay informed on industry best practices and technology solutions to enhance processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
1-2 years of recent experience with an HCM system, preferably Paylocity.
Experience leading HR initiatives in a remote environment with a sizable team.
Experience providing payroll support.
Knowledge of benefits administration.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is required.
