ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Collaborate with management and supervisors to ascertain personnel requirements, job descriptions, and necessary qualifications.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR representative.
- Facilitate background checks and reference verification for new hires.
- Compile documentation for workplace incidents and report claims to the relevant parties.
- Generate electronic documents for status and rate modifications.
- Assist with health benefits administration and manage leaves of absence.
- Oversee various tracking systems related to HR programs.
- Prepare correspondence as needed.
- Support the scanning and organization of employee files within the HR system.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS –
- High School diploma or College degree, and/or HR certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and ADP is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment regulations is crucial.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resource principles and practices.
SALARY RANGE – $24.00 per hour
