ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

  • Collaborate with management and supervisors to ascertain personnel requirements, job descriptions, and necessary qualifications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR representative.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference verification for new hires.
  • Compile documentation for workplace incidents and report claims to the relevant parties.
  • Generate electronic documents for status and rate modifications.
  • Assist with health benefits administration and manage leaves of absence.
  • Oversee various tracking systems related to HR programs.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed.
  • Support the scanning and organization of employee files within the HR system.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS –

  • High School diploma or College degree, and/or HR certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and ADP is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment regulations is crucial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resource principles and practices.

SALARY RANGE – $24.00 per hour
