Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant III to join our team at St. Joseph's Healthcare System. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing complex administrative and clerical support to our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of complex administrative and clerical functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working independently to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent and three to five years of previous work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
