Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and answer telephone inquiries
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of caregivers
  • Perform various computer tasks and other duties as required

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Programs & PowerPoint
  • Must be Bilingual Spanish & English
  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in an office environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
  • Organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Personal transportation to perform job tasks at other branches
