Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist III, you will provide a wide range of complex administrative functions for department leaders within your primary assigned division. You may also be required to support other divisions as needed. This role demands critical thinking and the ability to make independent judgments regarding administrative matters.

You will serve as a valuable resource for both internal and external customers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. Your responsibilities include maintaining patient files and accounts, compiling statistics, generating reports and presentations, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need a High School diploma or equivalent and three to five years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is essential. Bilingual skills are highly preferred.

Strong communication skills are crucial for this position, as you will frequently answer phone calls, manage multiple interruptions, and maintain positive interactions with diverse individuals.
