Gong is revolutionizing revenue organizations by harnessing customer interactions to boost business efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and creating loyal advocates. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex deals, leveraging creative prospecting skills, and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage prospects from lead to close, ensuring seamless sales processes
  • Land new business within greenfield territory, expanding Gong's revenue footprint
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the Gong value proposition, generating excitement among prospects
  • Regularly iterate messaging to scale the outbound prospecting engine, driving consistent results
  • Engage and educate senior executives on the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry, solidifying Gong's leadership position
  • Partner with the SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based sales strategies, uncovering value for go-to-market department leaders
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a sales tech solution
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Gong.io preferred but not required

The annual OTE for this position is $240,000 - $300,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above-targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
