About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Colossal Contracting LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to drive sales efforts to key customers.
  • Qualify and generate opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers.
  • Identify deals to be added to the pipeline from new prospects and expansions with existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM (e.g. size, scope, and timing of Deals).
  • Accurately forecast sales and gross profit.
  • Maximize outbound calls and customer touch to prospect, present, and follow up.
  • Support and follow up on leads qualified by the inside sales team.
  • Collaborate with Channel to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Demonstrate accountability by achieving sales/revenue goals and exceeding KPI on call volume, call time, and pipeline management measures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of Government Account Management/Inside Sales/Business Development or equivalent experience/education.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, technical understanding and proficiency, building relationships, people skills, customer focus, and motivation for sales.
  • Experience with a CRM system - preferably Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Previous experience working within Professional Services, IT Integrated Services, or Value-Added Reselling.
