Position Overview

Epsilon is in search of a Systems Analyst with a focus on Retail Media.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will concentrate on optimizing our internal "order to cash" workflow from a systems perspective. Your expertise will involve utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, FUSE Billing, Altair, and Service Now to enhance our operational processes. This position requires a blend of system administration and analytical skills. You will collaborate with senior team members to manage daily system requests, assess support tickets, implement changes, and gather new system-related requests. You will also be responsible for understanding these requests, brainstorming potential solutions, drafting project plans, and driving the implementation of improvements. As a subject matter expert, you will conduct ongoing training sessions for both existing and new team members.

This is not a development position; however, you will work closely with developers and engineers to facilitate more intricate system modifications. You will engage in customizing and adapting the browser-based order to cash systems mentioned earlier.

The "order to cash" process is essential for ensuring that all cross-functional teams operate seamlessly from pre-sales initiatives to final campaign execution, including activation and billing.

Collaboration and Impact

This position will report to the SVP of Business Transformation and will involve close collaboration with various departments including Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and similar CRM and OMS systems.
  • 2-3+ years in a system administration role related to the aforementioned tools.
  • Experience managing a ticketing system and addressing end-user requests.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to team collaboration.
  • Exceptional customer service and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidence across various organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
