  • Develop, test, document, implement, and support assigned applications and business processes to meet requirements
  • Collaborate across teams, propose solutions, and ensure quality and interoperability
  • Understand customer needs, document processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Analyze system issues, provide recommendations, and follow up with end users
  • Follow organization standards for system configuration and change control
  • Collaborate with end user communities and business partners, focusing on best practice workflow processes
  • Coordinate code changes with vendors and troubleshoot application issues
  • Provide technical knowledge of applications and serve as a liaison between business operations and IT
  • Ensure completion of projects within set timelines and contribute to the department's mission
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, business, or information systems
  • Relevant certifications preferred

Additional Requirements for Epic Analysts:

  • Must be certified or proficient in assigned Epic module
  • Keep certifications current by maintaining new version training
