Job OverviewWe are seeking a Patient Device and Registration Specialist to join our team to assist patients in enrolling, activating, and setting up their remote medical devices for Remote Care. This role is responsible for successfully describing the service and assisting patients in activating the remote devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the ability to simplify and explain new technologies to patients.
Responsibilities- Work with Clinic Success Managers to create a weekly appointment schedule with our clinic partners and assist in enrolling and activating patients.
- Schedule appointments to meet with patients at their provider's office or in their home.
- Attend meetings as necessary with clinics.
- Assist patients in setting up their remote medical devices, including glucose meters, scales, blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, and Fitbits.
- Document activation outcomes.
- Medical Assistant certification required.
- 2 years of experience in primary care or family practice, preferred.
- Valid NY state driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of comfort with technology.
- At least one year of customer training experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to develop and grow relationships with internal and external teams.
