Job Title: Medical Device Specialist

Brook Inc is a digital health company that offers a range of products and services to support people with chronic conditions. We are seeking a Medical Device Specialist to join our team to assist patients in enrolling, activating, and setting up their remote medical devices for Remote Care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of comfort with technology, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for patients. They will work closely with Clinic Success Managers to create a weekly appointment schedule and assist in enrolling and activating appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in enrolling and activating remote medical devices
  • Work with Clinic Success Managers to create a weekly appointment schedule
  • Attend meetings with clinics as necessary
  • Document activation outcomes

We offer a dynamic work experience with team members in multiple time zones. Our goal is to change the approach to pre-condition and chronic condition care management, using technology to support healthcare providers in improving patients' health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • 2 years experience in primary care or family practice
  • Valid NY state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer training experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to develop and grow relationships with internal and external teams
