Job Title: Account Executive - Ticket Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive - Ticket Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new season ticket accounts and retaining a portion of season ticket accounts that you personally sold from previous years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with all renewed season ticket accounts as well as all group accounts to provide superior service with a focus on retaining accounts from year-to-year.
  • Build relationships with accounts through organized meet and greet sessions at the Season Seat Holder Headquarters, seat visits, video and call campaigns.
  • Follow up on all sales leads to sell new season ticket and group accounts.
  • Assign seat locations to new season ticket accounts and group accounts.
  • Secure and process all payments of new season and group ticket accounts.
  • Create and maintain customer information for both existing accounts and prospects through Customer Relationship Management program.
  • Properly code all season and group ticket sales.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Provide thoughts and ideas on new sales and retention initiatives for each sales campaign.
  • Assist at various sales-related events throughout the year.
  • Represent the Sales Team at the Season Seat Holder Headquarters on assigned game dates.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience in ticket sales.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
