POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in application or service engineering, coupled with project management expertise.

ROLE SUMMARY:
This position is dedicated to assisting clients of Swift Placement & Consulting as they transition from completed projects to active utilization of our offerings.

The Client Success Coordinator is focused on fostering customer loyalty and establishing enduring relationships, guiding clients through the various departments to address their support needs effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Facilitate the transition of clients from Sales to Customer Support by collaborating with Project Management and addressing any outstanding issues post-signoff.
2. Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and tailored solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
3. Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback is acknowledged and acted upon.
4. Assess and analyze client requirements by formulating actionable plans and milestones for both clients and team members, while maintaining an overarching view of the support process.
5. Address client complaints and concerns to enhance the overall experience by coordinating with various departments to ensure swift resolutions.
6. Develop and maintain thorough documentation, plans, and reports to monitor task status and ensure timely deliverables.
7. Oversee working hours, timelines, unresolved issues, and costs.
8. Inform clients about available resources to support their success with our offerings.
9. Assist clients with the post-sales process and quotations.
10. Undertake project-related tasks as necessary, including administrative support.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not entail supervisory duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the essential duties and responsibilities as outlined by Swift Placement & Consulting.

The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • A high school diploma along with four years of relevant experience and/or training is mandatory.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting where customer support and project management skills were critical is preferred.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and the public. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe is essential. Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans. Must demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in creating Gantt Charts and a solid understanding of quality systems and statistical process control is crucial. This role may necessitate both domestic and international travel.
