POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for an application or service engineer with a background in project management.


ROLE SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist clients of Swift Placement & Consulting as they transition from completed projects to active utilization of our offerings.

The Client Success Coordinator is dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and establishing enduring relationships, guiding clients through the various departments to address their support needs regarding our products and services.

This position operates under the guidance of the Director of Customer Support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate the customer transition from Sales to Support by collaborating with Project Management and addressing any outstanding issues post-project completion.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and effective problem-solving tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback is acknowledged and acted upon.
  • Assess and analyze client needs by creating actionable plans and milestones for both clients and staff, while maintaining an overarching view of the support process.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns to enhance the overall client experience by coordinating with various departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation, plans, and reports to monitor task progress and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Oversee working hours, timelines, outstanding issues, and costs.
  • Inform clients about available resources to support their success with our offerings.
  • Assist clients with the post-sales process and pricing inquiries.
  • Perform project-related tasks as needed, including administrative support.

SUPERVISORY ROLE:

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma and four years of relevant experience or training are required. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting where customer support and project management were critical to operations is preferred.


LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.


ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe is essential. Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans is required. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in creating Gantt Charts and a solid understanding of quality systems and statistical process control are crucial. This role may involve both domestic and international travel.

Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although additional hours may be required to meet job demands.
