- Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate information flow from HR.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Maintain procedures that align with the HR Department's requirements.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly HR reports for management and staff.
- Report Development: Research and innovate new methods for presenting HR reports to facilitate timely and precise business reporting.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, including the collation of necessary documentation.
- IT Liaison: Collaborate with the IT Department to ensure essential HR reports are generated and maintained.
- Data Management: Ensure the HR database is consistently updated and accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the HR Support team to ensure smooth and efficient administration processes.
- Purchase Orders: Prepare purchase orders as needed.
- Monthly Reporting: Assist in delivering NSC monthly reports.
- HR Activities Support: Provide administrative assistance for recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and training.
- Employee Data Maintenance: Maintain employee information across various internal systems.
- Daily Administration: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including internal and external correspondence, awards letters, and general HR housekeeping.
- Headcount Management: Manage monthly headcount activities.
