Key Responsibilities
  • Execute payroll tasks including processing, addressing employee inquiries, rectifying processing discrepancies, and distributing payments.
  • Ensure accurate and current human resource documentation, files, and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of HR documentation and records.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to confirm that all necessary documents are collected and organized correctly.
  • Facilitate or assist with onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Respond to common inquiries from employees regarding standard policies, benefits, etc.; escalate more complex queries to senior HR personnel or management.
  • Support the planning and execution of special initiatives such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and holiday celebrations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management systems, human resource information systems (HRIS), and related software applications.
  • Preferred: Over one year of experience with ADP.
  • Desirable: Degree in Human Resources.
