Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Ensures timely and precise job advertisements, manages the processing of job applications, and provides assistance in various employment-related activities.
  • Facilitates orientation for new hires, detailing company policies and benefits.
  • Establishes and safeguards confidential employee records and documentation, including new hire information, salary adjustments, terminations, transfers, and address updates.
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings and corporate events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Manages the organization and distribution of administrative documents, manuals, and notices.
    Prepares various reports for audits and internal meetings.
  • Performs office services such as document filing, scanning, and duplication.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in support of the HR function within an organization.
  • Possession of a certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources; any HR or administrative certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to engage with employees and management at all levels.
  • Proficiency in identifying priorities, organizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work promptly.
