In this position, you will collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, with responsibilities including:

  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Providing detailed product and service information, resolving issues, and processing orders.
  • Utilizing customer verification tools to confirm client identities and safeguard privacy.
  • Supporting sales teams by delivering essential client information and assisting with sales-related tasks.
  • Coordinating with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Managing conflicts and addressing client complaints to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Documenting and updating client records based on interactions.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within a sales or distribution context.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer verification, sales support, distribution, and conflict resolution.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous.
