As a Security Specialist, your role will involve protecting and serving clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and managing emergency response when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to different working environments as required by client sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License - Compliance with AU Driver Policy
  • Ability to Walk/Stand for Extended Periods
  • Comfortable Utilizing Computer or Tablet Technology
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Background checks will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations
