Position: Part-Time Overnight Security Specialist

Schedule: Weekend Availability Required

Hours: 11 PM to 11 AM

Compensation: Starting at $16.45 per hour

As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting and securing various clients across multiple sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with varying environments and conditions based on client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements.
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal® considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
