Client Engagement Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Associate to enhance our client interactions and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role involves managing inbound communications, addressing client inquiries, and providing digital support while effectively resolving account-related issues.
Training: The training period will consist of approximately four weeks of onsite instruction followed by four weeks of remote learning, totaling eight weeks.
Work Schedule: This position is remote, requiring flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 9:30 AM and 8 PM.
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $22 to $23, with a first shift schedule from 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
Education Requirement: A high school diploma is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service through effective interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, adhering to established procedures to fulfill their needs. Conduct research for more complex inquiries as necessary.
- Demonstrate independence in following protocols and utilize various resources to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Record client and team feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Employ a consultative approach to promote products and services to clients.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
