Situated at the Lobby Level of Charles Hotel, Noir is a premier cocktail establishment, committed to artistry and hospitality. Our goal is to merge our local community with our international guests in a setting that embodies genuine service, delivering excellence in our offerings.
In this position at Noir, you will have the chance to express your individuality, unleash your creativity, and expand your knowledge of cocktail culture. The ideal candidate possesses a keen interest in learning and sharing insights about cocktails, wines, culinary pairings, and brewing techniques. Comprehensive training will be provided by management, and timely completion of training is expected.

Qualifications:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order and payment systems is expected.
- This role requires full mobility, continuous fast-paced movement, and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as push food carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be capable of serving cocktails on a tray.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to The Charles Hotel standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Meet certification requirements relevant to the position, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers Safety.
- Understand the organization of the restaurant and lounge, and the roles of each position.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the products and services provided by Noir and The Charles Hotel.
- Serve guests with all food and beverage needs in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as necessary.
- Be knowledgeable about the operation of the P.O.S. system.
- Attend to both bar and table guests.
- Handle cashiering functions, including closing checks and end-of-shift paperwork.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties according to assigned station rotation.
- Ensure tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy, and clean.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by management.
