The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in our regional enterprise accounts.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with prospective enterprise customers, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and providing comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in regional enterprise accounts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with prospective enterprise customers
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer success, product, marketing, and solutions/technology experts
  • Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $71,820 - $119,700, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
