Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our aesthetic sales team in the Miami, Florida region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a territory of 6 to 10 aesthetic sales members.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team members to coach and counsel them to develop business development skills.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the territory, including sales accountability, training, development, disciplinary issues, interviewing with the HR team, managing region budgets, and developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Identify trends within the sales team's territories and create regional execution plans across the aesthetic product portfolio.
  • Ensure sales team members adhere to compliance and travel/expense policies.
  • Quarterly reviews to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Regularly recruit doctors to attend MINT, KLARDIE, and TargetCool seminars, trainings, and conventions.
  • Achieving sales quota and goals by continually visiting med spas in assigned accounts and territory.
  • Provides leadership and direction for the recruitment of doctors to attend MINT, KLARDIE, and TargetCool seminars, trainings, and conventions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Runs weekly meetings under the direction of the Director of Sales, develops sales plans to optimize sales activities, and achieve target sales performance for each team member.
  • Attends industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our products.
  • Prepares and submits weekly sales reports.
  • Daily entry into the Hub Spot CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM's.
  • Experience with Mico Soft Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Important to have time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

  • Salary + Company Credit Card.
  • Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.
  • Opportunity to make up to $145,000.00.
