Job Summary:

In this exciting sales role with Carrier Enterprise, you will focus on driving sales growth in assigned RLC business regions. You will be responsible for promoting sales and marketing strategies, building strong business relationships with customers, and working closely with distributors and dealers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual sales and gross margins targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers
• Conduct sales and product training for new distributors and dealers
• Monitor and track recruitment progress within assigned territory
• Create new business opportunities through organized prospecting and account management

Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven B2B/distribution sales experience, with a focus on HVAC residential and light commercial equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong desire to learn about and understand the HVAC industry
• Verifiable experience with similar products on a B2B distribution sales strategy
• Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
• Motivated and focused towards business and relationship development
• Language proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time with a valid passport
