Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
The Sales Account Executive at Regional One is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the aviation industry. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide accurate quotes and resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Correspond with customers via email, phone, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Enter vendor quotes into the system to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
- Utilize company business systems to identify and document customer needs and maintain continuous communication.
- Work closely with outside sales reps to support assigned customer accounts.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Identify and contact sales prospects and other accounts as assigned.
- Follow up on existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage sales orders until the order is fulfilled.
- Broker parts when necessary.
- Notify PLM when parts should be sent out for repair.
- Push parts packages to customers.
- Follow up on Repair Orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist accounting with collection of outstanding invoices.
Requirements
- High school or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- General understanding of the aviation industry.
