About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Creators team, you will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of our monetization programs among brands and creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand adoption of our monetization programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, creators, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform our sales strategies and optimize our sales processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand adoption.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, creators, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience in event production and execution.
