Job Description

Job Title: Regional Vice President, Sales, Large Enterprise

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President, Sales, Large Enterprise to lead our sales team in the enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, a deep understanding of the enterprise account payroll space, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of sales directors to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the enterprise market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Provide sales training and development to sales directors and account executives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management
  • 2-3 years of experience in the enterprise account payroll space
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a virtual environment

  • Demonstrated leadership and cultural influence within a region
  • Positive reputation, results, and relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
