About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Success Manager to lead our post-onboarding customer journey, ensuring seamless handoffs and exceptional experiences.

You will work closely with our Implementation team, develop processes, and strategies to drive customer success, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the customer lifecycle, from success and support to renewals and upsells, to maximize net dollar retention.
  • Leading proactive customer success initiatives to drive product adoption and fast resolution times in support.
