Customer Success Strategist

With a strong background in management consulting, functional HR, customer success, or account management, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our customers, driving continuous value and ensuring their success. Key responsibilities include evangelizing Eightfold products, monitoring product adoption and business outcomes, unblocking internal escalations, building customer relationships, and influencing Eightfold's strategic direction. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in these fields, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex situations. Compensation details include a competitive annual base salary range of $133,000 to $175,000, plus eligibility for equity awards, benefits, and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
