Enterprise Customer Success Leader for Global Non-Profit Fundraising

The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned SaaS leader with non-profit experience and a strong background in team management to join our exceptional Customer Success team. As the Head of Customer Success for Enterprise Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for driving engagement and growth across our largest enterprise and strategic non-profit customers. Your key responsibilities will include developing workflows, playbooks, and KPIs for effective account management and customer growth, executing growth strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product teams, and mentoring CSMs to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective issue escalation.
Key Qualifications- Proven work experience of 8+ years in B2B or B2B2C SaaS Customer Success, preferably with experience working with non-profits.
- At least 4 years of experience leading Customer Success teams working with enterprise accounts in rapidly scaling SaaS companies.
- Strong management skills with the ability to win the trust of the current team and build a stronger Customer Success Team.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level customer stakeholders.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (OTE), $120,000 - $144,000 (base salary), a benefits package, meaningful equity, and a remote working arrangement.
