Overview of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in advancing L.E.K. Consulting's recruitment strategy and achieving success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.

This role involves identifying, attracting, and securing candidates from prestigious educational institutions for undergraduate positions in various locations, as well as experienced lateral hires. Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders is essential.

The Specialist will serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, overseeing the screening and selection phases for both internships and full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies and candidate development techniques, including job postings, online sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Continuously build a robust pipeline of candidates for all open positions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparation and structured interview processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored recruitment strategies at designated schools to meet hiring needs.
  • Leverage recruitment insights and market intelligence to inform strategies and influence key stakeholders on recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Work with the recruitment team and internal partners to develop innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events on campuses and in the office, collaborating with campus representatives and firm representatives.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends through networking and industry research.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, convert strategies into actionable plans, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and maintains confidentiality.
  • Possesses a sense of urgency to meet business needs while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • In-depth expertise in direct sourcing using various methods and resources.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to attend recruitment events outside of standard business hours.

In California, the base salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, with placement within this range depending on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also provides performance bonuses, profit sharing, and additional benefits.
