  • Strategic Planning: Oversee all phases of the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the organization's hiring requirements. Develop innovative and effective recruiting strategies to entice high-performing employees. Compose and refine job descriptions as necessary. Work alongside hiring managers to grasp team requirements and streamline candidate processes.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruitment process
  • Proactive sourcing techniques and significant initiative
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
