Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Management: Advertise job openings in targeted platforms. Evaluate and source qualified candidates and resumes. Facilitate the interview process with individuals and panels. Collect interview feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview stages.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee all phases of the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the organization's hiring requirements. Develop innovative and effective recruiting strategies to entice high-performing employees. Compose and refine job descriptions as necessary. Work alongside hiring managers to grasp team requirements and streamline candidate processes.

Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruitment process

- Outstanding time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
