Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience as a business partner is preferred.
  • Proven track record of proactively addressing recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers.
