- Ensure data accuracy within the applicant tracking system, updating candidate records and job postings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience is required.
- Experience as a business partner is preferred.
- Proven track record of proactively addressing recruitment challenges.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers.
