Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary with quarterly performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Sales Executive during final sales discussions with enterprise-level clients to facilitate seamless relationship transitions.
  • Onboarding: Guide new enterprise-level partners, sponsors, and advertisers through our onboarding process, ensuring clarity on their benefits and communication protocols.
  • Upselling: Manage existing partner relationships, addressing requests, following up on documentation, and promoting additional product offerings.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute monthly performance reports for advertisers.
  • Check-ins: Organize and conduct quarterly update meetings with enterprise-level partners.
  • Renewals: Participate in renewal discussions alongside the Sales Executive who secured the account.
  • Networking: Engage in networking events to promote LINK and identify potential new partners.
  • Creativity: Support the development and execution of sponsored content for our partners.
  • Team Participation: Attend daily sales progress meetings and weekly sales strategy sessions.
  • Team Culture: Maintain a positive team environment; we value respect and collaboration.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales account management.
  • Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging at social, governmental, and networking events.
  • A degree is not mandatory, but a background in business or marketing is advantageous.
