Key Responsibilities:
- Align supply chain initiatives with organizational objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are integrated into the supply chain framework.
- Oversee material planning to optimize inventory turnover while mitigating customer service disruptions caused by material shortages.
- Manage Inventory Control processes to enhance accuracy in inventory management, ensuring that both quantity and value meet customer demands.
- Guide recruitment and professional development efforts for supply chain and strategic sourcing teams, fostering a culture of growth and expertise.
- Lead comprehensive evaluations and data analysis to inform sourcing and contracting strategies for supplies, equipment, and services across the organization.
- Establish standardized processes aimed at achieving cost efficiency in procurement and utilization of supplies and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asset management and supply chain systems to drive operational improvements.
- Embody and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work.
- Set clear expectations for team members, establishing annual goals through collaborative discussions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and support professional development.
- Identify succession planning needs and develop talent to ensure readiness for future leadership roles.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with all organizational stakeholders.
- Participate in and lead various committees and task forces as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong focus on customer service and business outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in materials management information systems (MMIS).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management within the healthcare sector.
- 5 years of leadership experience in materials management.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
