Job Title: Senior Vice President, Biomedicine Commercial Lead

Are you ready to revolutionize the personalized medicine landscape? Miltenyi Biomedicine is a pioneering division of the Miltenyi Group, dedicated to bringing cutting-edge cancer treatments and regenerative therapies to patients worldwide.

As our Senior Vice President, Biomedicine Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy for our CAR-T product. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for the CAR-T product, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and customer needs identification.
  • Lead a cross-functional launch team, comprising Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Business Operations, Trade, and Distribution, to drive business decisions and achieve launch goals.
  • Collaborate with the Global Team to develop pre-launch and launch plans for the US market, ensuring excellence in launch execution and building a US commercial team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, fostering relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, utilizing insights to refine and enhance product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a strong background in new product planning and commercial strategy.
  • Proven track record in developing commercial strategies for clinical-stage assets, managing a P&L for a business or function, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing brand teams, market research, sales, managed markets, sales operations, medical affairs, business development, regulatory, research & development, manufacturing, finance, and legal.
  • Deep understanding of drug development process, clinical trial design, and regulatory pathways.
  • Prior collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and investigators.
  • Proven track record of developing talent and being a culture champion.
  • Ability to execute senior leader endorsed, cross-enterprise projects across a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
