About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Care Specialist at Mindful Support Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and care.

Responsibilities
  • Client Intake and Scheduling: You will be the initial point of contact for new clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience and ensuring they are matched with the right mental health provider.
  • Insurance and Authorization Support: You will educate clients about insurance, authorizations, and provider policies, ensuring they understand their options and benefits.
  • Client Communication and Support: You will communicate clearly and effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support to ensure they receive the best possible care.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: You will accurately enter client data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Meet Performance Goals: You will work collaboratively with the team to meet qualitative and quantitative goals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Learner-Mindset: You will be open to feedback, willing to learn, and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Player: You will be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
