Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated and proactive individual eager to make a difference by reducing energy expenses and offering technical solutions to our clientele. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a designated area, engaging with clients in the Memphis, TN, and Jackson, MS regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with end-users within your territory to promote and sell our energy-efficient air compressors and associated equipment, which play a crucial role in reducing operational costs and energy consumption.
  • Develop the necessary knowledge and technical skills to effectively design and market our high-quality air systems.
  • Consistently represent Kaeser with professionalism and integrity.
  • Utilize a variety of sales tools provided by Kaeser to enhance your sales strategy.
  • Achieve and maintain established sales targets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A mechanical inclination and understanding.
  • Demonstrated skills in time and territory management.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
