Regional Marketing Lead for Neurology

As the Regional Marketing Lead for Neurology (m/f/d) focusing on Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis, you will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and market positioning throughout the specified region.
This position entails a thorough analysis of market trends, overseeing the brand-planning and customer-engagement processes, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams. You will foster brand growth through effective communication and targeted promotional activities tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Market Insights & Analysis:
Take charge of understanding the Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis markets across Europe. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to uncover customer preferences, unmet needs, and market dynamics. Keep an eye on competitor actions and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Development:
Formulate and execute extensive marketing strategies for the neurology portfolio, ensuring alignment with both global and regional objectives.
Brand Planning:
Initiate and oversee the annual brand planning process for the region in collaboration with the global team. Review and refine the local brand plan while monitoring its implementation, ensuring potential synergies are maximized at the regional level.
Customer Engagement:
Enhance the local customer engagement process (e.g., Key Account Management, Marketing, Medical & Sales collaboration, Digital transformation) by providing guidance, processes, and tools.
KOL Management:
Collaborate on the regional Key Opinion Leader management strategy, providing insights and value-driven activities.
Brand Campaigns:
Design and execute brand campaigns, materials, and messaging utilizing a multi-channel approach.
Launch Support:
Assist local markets in their launch preparations and activities, utilizing global launch templates and materials.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams throughout the value chain. Engage with Global Product Teams (GPTs), global Marketing teams, local affiliates, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
Event Leadership:
Lead efforts for significant European Neurology meetings and events targeting healthcare professionals and patient associations.
Budget Oversight:
Manage the budget for specialized neurology brands with an entrepreneurial approach.
Training & Development:
Share local best practices across the region and provide training for local Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
YOUR PROFILE
A University Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing or a related discipline.
Experience in Special Neurology, with a strong understanding of the Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis markets in Europe, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with global and regional goals.
Experience in product launches, managing the annual brand planning process, and overseeing the execution of local brand plans.
Strong capabilities in customer engagement, including Key Account Management and Digital transformation.
In-depth knowledge of contemporary marketing tools, developing multi-channel brand campaigns, and supporting product launch preparations.
Effective stakeholder management across cross-functional teams with exceptional communication skills.
