About the Role:
US Foods is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong customer relationships in a team-based selling model.
- Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department, troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and clients.
- Develop new business by identifying prospective customers, leveraging market intelligence databases, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
