Ahava Healthcare is in search of a seasoned Regional RN MDS Coordinator to enhance our leadership team.

In this role, you will oversee the regional management, development, and execution of the resident assessment process, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as company policies.

Your responsibilities as the Regional MDS Coordinator will include:

  1. Managing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to guarantee compliance with accuracy attestation and timely completion of resident assessments, adhering to Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer program requirements.
  2. Ensuring that assessments accurately represent the physical, mental, and psychosocial conditions of each resident.
  3. Maintaining the integrity of the RAI to optimize reimbursement for services rendered.
  4. Providing appropriate documentation to substantiate services delivered and assessment accuracy.
  5. Facilitating effective communication with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

This position necessitates the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
