- Market Development: Increase product demand by identifying and soliciting new customers, maintaining regular communication, and expanding the customer database.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to revise existing specifications and develop new ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and business metrics, providing insights on trends and opportunities.
- Training and Support: Travel to various locations to offer ongoing training and support as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in the industry.
- Preferred: College Degree.
- Valid Driver's License.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $89,000 to $121,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on both company and individual performance. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a wellness program, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, and generous paid time off policies.
