The Regional Inventory Compliance Specialist is tasked with performing physical inventory counts, producing audit documentation, reconciling digital records with actual counts, and collaborating with departments to enhance inventory precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial evaluations during retail inventory assessments at the store level
  • Create audit timelines for the region
  • Support store management operations and address system inconsistencies
  • Carry out visual evaluations at stores for various concerns
  • Complete monthly retail inventory assessments and data management
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data gathering
  • Ability to adapt to diverse environments and communicate effectively
  • Exhibit initiative and creativity in job execution
  • Travel to locations within the designated market
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Physical capability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs
  • Competence in computer operations
  • Willingness to travel and work a 40-50 hour week
  • Dependable transportation for store assessments
