Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at PhyNet Dermatology LLC. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and schedule patients as needed
  • Triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate team members
  • Assist patients with paperwork and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and lobby
  • Escalate questions and issues to the appropriate resources as needed
  • Meet department productivity standards
  • Maintain an understanding of billing information and services provided by our practitioners
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment
  • Ability to ask patients for payment at the time of service
  • Computer savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Work Environment

This is a part-time position based out of our Plymouth, MA office. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
