About Eliot Community Human Services, Inc.
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Cook to join our team at one of our Juvenile Justice programs. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and coordination of meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with our food service team to ensure efficient meal service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our program staff to ensure that meals meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a food service setting, preferably in a residential or institutional setting.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and meal planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
