Job Overview

As an Office Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office's data management processes. This includes gathering and entering data into our systems, maintaining our database's integrity and consistency, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources and enter it into our systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data for reporting purposes, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Error Prevention: Implement measures to prevent errors in data entry and maintenance tasks.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain our data management systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems; experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
